I brought a laptop from Curry's for my daughter last year, first month we notice that the laptop had lots of problems, we call the Curry's support team, the laptop worked for a week, and ever since we been having the same problem on a monthly basis. We called customers services and they advised us to send the product to the Techguys for repair. Every-time they send us the laptop back within a week the same problem occurs, i send them letter, after letters and nothing. In February the laptop went back for repair, we are now in May i still do not have a laptop, and all the customer services keep telling me is that the laptop is now fine and after 1 week is broke again. I am so disappointed with their services, that even the name Curry's now make me feel sick. I will never, never buy anything from Curry's again. Everybody that is planing to buy from Curry's be very aware of your agreement because their repair are not long lasting and they keep on repairing a unrepairable item. My laptop broke down 15 times in the last year, i have the reports to prove this fact and Curry's also have these reports in their system, but decided to do nothing about it. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT IS AN UNDERSTATMENT
