We got our house cleaned in September this year when we moved from our rental flat to own house. The husband-wife group came initially and convinced us of good cleaning service, and said that they would not touch oven, chimney, carpets etc. in kitchen and we still agreed. They charged us £220 for 3 hrs of cleaning and next day we realised that our house was not even 1 percent clean (was rather messier). Our landlord hired some other cleaner again in lesser price and got the house cleaned but charged us the whole amount. So we landed up paying the cost two times... When we tried to complain, the couple made all excuses and refused to even listen to us. Would suggest NEVER EVER hire them! Better off clean yourself if you can... sheer wastage of hard earned money and time. Left a bad taste for ever! The lady Caroline who comes for cleaning does not even know what 'cleaning' is and keeps on arguing later on till u give up!!! PATHETIC SERVICE BY FRESH CLEAN (32 CLARE ROAD, MAIDENHEAD)
