Order oven in nov 11 which was faulty sent back an d got refund, same day refund went took amount again without authorization have sent back 2 oven which i told did not ask for rang 10 times regarding refund get more sence ot of my cats than customer services have been waiting over 6 weeks for refund have recd back put not on systEM yet DISGRACEFUL HAVE NOW WROTE TO HEAD OFFICE TWICE AND THEY ARE AS BAD NOT ANSWERED IN PHONE CALL MUST HAVE COST ME MORE THAN PRODUCT
