My wife and I recently purchased curtains, poles and duvet covers, we give measurements for the windows and were given the size by your sales person. the curtains we chose were not in store but were on display in another branch and we travelled down to get them. My husband followed the instructions on how to put up poles, when he put on the curtains they were to small, if we moved the brackets down it would not have looked right, also when we opened the duvet set there was a set of buttons fell out onto the floor they were of the duvet set. We our bitterly disappointed at this as we paid out money for these goods that are in a poor condition and also the advice we received for the curtains was inadequate. This is not the first time this has happened but we let it go the last time but feel this time we need to speak out
