While I was away touring the USA in September, two letters for my next door neighbours were put through my letterbox. I found them on my return home, approximately three weeks later, and took them round to my neighbour. One of those letters was an important hospital appointment that her husband missed, because they had not received that letter.
This is not the first time I have had mail wrongly delivered to my house... nor is it the first time that I have lodged a complaint about mis-delivery. Some of the delivery men need reading lessons... or to take more care reading the address correctly.
