They are an absolute joke, the take you money, do not post your goods and are unreachable, i placed an order on 14th Dec. for pair of boots for my son for christmas, checked my order status every couple of days it said 'order in process' and 'order not shipped' even today the order has not been shipped i have emailed countless times and received no reply and when i telephone i am told i am number 1 in the queue but never ever get to speak to anyone just constant music and that they are doing all they can to answer my call oh and by the way the number they give you on your order receipt is incorrect i telephoned it to be told by a very angry man that i have the wrong number so obviously i wasnt the first person to call him if anyone is loking for the number it is 0844 3574 4533 they conviently left out a digit in email. i am a single parent so i cannot afford for this to happen to me, i have contacted 2checkout.com (my payment was made through them) and have not yet received a reply. i am going crazy with this i am not getting any where
