Back in October I was offered a months trial on Matchaffinity dating site for the sum of £14.00, In November I checked my bank account to find they had taken £104.70 from my account, this was an automatic subscription renewal for 3 months that I did'nt ask for. I have contacted the company and have been told there is a no refund policy? They said I was informed of this in an email and there is nothing they can do about it. I did recieve an email telling me they had taken £14.00 from my account and at the bottom of the email it does say there will be an automatic renewal, I obviously did not read or understand this properly. Is there anything I can do to have my money refunded? I have cancelled the subscription but they are still charging me for their services until February 17th.
