I self-published a book through Xlibris two years ago. Since then they have harassed me with regular calls trying to get me to buy a marketing package.
Funnily enough, although I signed the deal with the UK division, all the callers are American
sounding.
These people NEVER listen to anything I say on the telephone - they ignore all the emails I've sent them - and today when I tore into the person calling me for the umpteenth time this month he got all indginant!!!
Welcome to my world...
They appear to be efficient until the book's published... then they stop listenning to their customer totally.
Beware - use another company unless you want to go grey and waste huge sums of money on an indulgence.
