Non delivery of goods and unpaid refund

Promised delivery of goods 3 weeks, then for next 6 weeks found lame excuses for non delivery. Asked for money back and was told it would be 4 weeks to go through, company policy, still no refund. Phoned each week for 4 weeks to see where money was, still lame excuses. Decided to see if they had goods in to valus of order to try and get something back. Still lame excuses that nothing was in stock.

Have spoke to trading standards etc and plan to tke them to court, this is 6 months after placing order.
