I have TWO issues with the same seller [URL Removed]
1). Issue Number 1:
I placed an order on the [URL Removed] on 10-Aug. The money was debited from my account and at the same minute and I got an ORDER ID: 1774354. Then I got an email from watch sales team that my order had been cancelled and my money will be refunded in 5 working days. Till date no money has been refunded.
Today, 19-Aug, I got another email again saying that the same order was cancelled and that my money will be refunded in another 4-6 working days, whereas this money should have come in the last week.
2). Issue Number 2
I placed another order immediately after I faced problems with the above order. this second order number was paid for via [URL Removed] (Amazon payment for Order ID: 026-9425017-7989145), Watchhut order Id - 1774440.
Till date I have not received any refunds of any kind from the seller about this order. Meanwhile Amazon is passing the buck saying that this is not their concern.
The seller is unreachable at the customer care number. E-mail responses to the second order have not been received.
