No delivery and no reply
I placed an order on the 24th December 2013 and they debited my account straight away and emailed me 2 emails confirming my order. I didn't get any email saying being dispatched nothing. They debited my account of? 15 pounds and I am still sitting waiting for my goods. I have emailed them at least 3 times called them a number of times but there is no answer. I am quiet disgusted that they can take money and they are a legit company trading but have no one to tell you what is going on with my order. It is now the 13 January 3014 and haven't received anything I would rather just get my money back than have their product. They shouldn't be allowed to sell products online if they don't dispatch them. I have sent them a twitter message a message on Facebook and email no reply disgusting. Will never use Translife to buy any foundation again.
