They do not know and they do not care

I went to your website and placed an order. It took my details and I paid via PayPal. Then your website froze so I had no way of knowing if my order went through A few minutes later I received an email welcoming me as a customer so something must have gone through BUT no confirmation of the order from you or from PayPal. I therefore rang the number on your order page 0844 5 434 435 and spoke to a lady who sounded as if she is in India. She wanted to place a fresh order but could not tell me if that would duplicate the order. I eventually managed to get her to understand that I can't order again until I know if the order has gone through as I obviously do not want it twice. She finally said I should phone Customer Services on 0844 848 2030.I saw from you website that your lines are open 24/7 and you advertise No Waiting so I rang Customer Service. I got a recorded message saying I needed to leave my number. 6 hours later a man eventually rang. Again he sounded Indian so I expect you are using an Indian Call Centre. He said there is no way to check if an order has gone through for 48 hours. I asked for someone to ring
