The above company withdrew £59.94 out of my account without my permission. I have been trying to look for them on the internet and cannot find them! I went to my bank (Halifax) and they gave me a number 08082800733. I phoned them to get them to explain but i was told that i had applied for a loan which i have not and that the money was a membership fee! I dont know what to do now as i needed that money for bills and food shopping for my two children as i am a sinlge parent on benefits! PLEASE HELP
