Hi,
I am a postage stamps collector in India and had placed an order for 11 GB pounds on 1st January with the company Dauwalders of Salisbury on their website.
When i received the packet of stamps, it was badly torn due to poor quality of packing material used and when i check the stamps i found around 60 of them to be of bad quality (which was not as per the quality standard shown in the website).
When i complained to the company i got a reply from the owner that he was sorry for it.
I asked him to replace my bad quality stamps (i am ready to send the bad quality stamps to the company at my own cost), but there was no reply.
I urge all people doing online business with this company to be cautious in their dealing.
I company does not practice fair business policy although it mentions it on its website.
