On November 2, I noticed a charge on my credit card bill from webgamegame.com for $39.95, which I assumed was for a game my 14 year old purchased on-line. When questioned he denied making the purchase and I failed to follow up on the transaction due to business restraints. I received my credit card statement today I discovered a second charge for $39.95, again unapproved by myself, spouse or children. I would appreciate any contact information you may have on webgamegame.com and suggestions on possible legal/civil recourse available.
