JUST ANSWER
No response to question but money taken out of my account. £28 and a further £38

I sent a legal question on line to Just Answer and waited all day but no reply came on two occasions, this was on 10th November. On the 11th November my account shows two withdrawals - one for £28 and a further one for £38, neither of which was sanctioned by me. How can I recover my money.
