Kegelfix
No Delivery and no refund

I ordered and paid for a Kegel8 device on 23 July. Kegelfix acknowledged receipt of my payment
And advised that I would be contacted the next day about date and time of delivery. This never happened
And finally I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Banking details were given to them and they
Confirmed in writing that payment would be made by the 7th August. This has not happened.
Further throughout the whole debacle no one from the Company has even bothered to call. Poor poor
Service!
