, Westons ripoff International Internet fraud Took money No ship No communication Hassocks, West Sussex

I ordered an electric neck heating pad from Westons for my bed-ridden wife. They took my money prior to shipping and never shipped. Their money agent in this fraud is www.securetrading.com.

The following are my chronology or events to date.
If anyone has contact in the UK, specifically Hassocks, West Sussex, please update this report with that information so that I may contact Government official.

2/6/05 Order Placed with Weston Online.
2/6/05 Order received by Westons sent to me by email.
2/6/05 Order conformation sent to me by email.
2/6/05 Credit card processed. (www.securetrading.com).
2/8/05 Credit card acct charge posted.
2/13/05 Email: I asked for shipment tracking no.
2/14/05 Received email response: "You will receive a reply shortly".
2/15/05 Received email response: "Back-ordered. Expected Fri 2/18/05".

2/21/05 Email: I asked if shipped as yet and why they charged me.
2/22/05 Email: I repeated request of 2/21.
2/23/05 No responses. Email: I repeated request of 2/21, 2/22.
2/23/05 Received email response: "You will receive a reply shortly".
2/24/05 No response. Email: Requested a response from Westons.

3/3/05 AM No response. Email: Requested a response from Westons.
3/3/05 PM No response. Email: Requested a response from Westons.
3/4/05 No response. Email: Requested a response from Westons.
3/7/05 Received email response: "You will receive a reply shortly"
3/8/05 No response. Email: I notified them of my intention to list them on www.usaconsumercomplaints.com.

3/9/05 No response.
3/10/05 No response.
3/11/05 No response.
3/12/05 No response.
3/13/05 No response.
3/14/05 No response.
3/16/05 No response.
3/17/05 No response.
3/18/05 No response.
3/19/05 No response.
3/20/05 No response.

3/21/05 Sent email to www.securetrading.com, Westons' money agent in this fraud, asking them to intervene.
3/22/05 No response from Westons. I received an email receipt back from Secure Trading; my email was deleted without reading. Now we know how deep this Rip-off goes. Westons and their financial agent in this Fraud, Secure Trading have ignored all attempts at communication.
