Fraudulent sale of goods not received

I recently purchased software to rid my computer of putative viruses, trojan horses, and similar. I no longer have access to the software I ordered. World-Wide-Software have withdrawn 81.63 PGB from my bank account. This was not the amoun t I agreed to. Please advise how I recover this sum.
