Money deducted from Debit Card without my authorisation

Hi folks; it seems I am another victim of this particular scam and I'd like to both warn and seek some advice from others please.

In early January I sent for two trial products, Sup Exclusive Berry and Sup Cleansecolon for which I was charged 98pence and £4.06 respectively. I read the terms and conditions and did not obligate myself for any further products. However on 22 January, two amounts of £75.25 were taken from my bank account using my debit card. My bank statement names Smilekit and Nuskin - neither mentioned when I ordered my "trial" products. I immediately blocked the card and reported this to my bank. I rang today to check on progress and was asked if I had sent for any trial products. Well of course, this was it but I informed by bank of the above. They told me it had been passed to another department. I thought I had more sense than to fall prey to this but obviously not. So please, please do not have any dealings with these people.

I'd be grateful for some advice as to where I stand with my Bank. They initially told me the money would be refunded whilst the investigation was underway. Is there any way I can fight this and get my money refunded if the bank claim it is my fault.
