Installation of phone socket

I've ordered a whole package from their offer Sky TV, Phone and internet at the end of January. After a couple of days engineers came and installed my TV everything was good but then problems have started. I haven't got a phone socket in my flat but in their offer they had free landline installation that's why I liked it. After 2 weeks from TV installation engineers were supposed to come and install my phone socket, said they will call me and tell me when but they didn't. Engineer came and left a message while I was at work. Meantime I've received a letter (I have already a kilo of them) that my router was sent and I should receive it in 3-5 days. Back to the installation I've called them and told them my story spending 15 pounds because everyone in their office wanted my name, adress, account number, telephone number, foot size, etc. and sending me back to the next department and after 60 minutes of waiting and listening to music in phone I've heard "Sorry I can't solve your problem" I was like "Then who the hell can solve it!? ", they said my phone line is activated and everything is good but I think it's hard to use your internet without phone socket... they have total chaos in their database. After 2 days I've called them once again and finally they found a normal, competent person which "solved" my problem. She told me where I should call and get my router atleast and she arranged another installation of my phone socket. Engineer came after 1 month (yes after 1 month) because I had to call them again and remind them that I'm still waiting, and he said that a phone wires are on the other side of the building so he cannot install it otherwise than by flat nr 5 which is opposite to mine but noone was there. I took 1 day off from work because they are not working at weekends and still haven't got installed it. I' get a permission from my neighbour so I've called them again to arrange another installation but now it's more complicated because I have to at home and my neighbour... They said engineers will call me or leave me a message in couple of days. It was around 10 days ago and still haven't received any of them. As you can see I'm waiting 2 months already and I haven't got strength to fight with them anymore. The most uncompetent company I have ever seen.
