Having read a complaint on here i felt compelled to offer my view.
Given that I placed my order late on Saturday night I didn't expect to hear from a customer services agent until Monday. The promptness of the reply early this morning was really appreciated & Olivia put my mind at rest that the error in my address was just an email formatting issue but that sensory education still had my correct details. She went beyond my query to advise me that my item had already dispatched which was appreciated & it's also an excellent response time to my order.
