Failure to delive

I ordered a slate house name in January. I was given a delivery date. Nothing has been delivered. I have contacted the company be email and phone to request information about a delivery date and there is no response. The telephone reverts to an answer phone. I would advise others to be wary of placing an order unless you are able to speak to them by phone and ascertain they have not gone into receivership.
