RESERVE BANK OF INDIA allow to all banks in whole world for unlimit transfer winning funds without account under law FORIGN EXCHANGE MANAGEMENT ACT 1999 section (4).now i am sending my local bank account detalis for transfer winning funds.now immedatiely transfer my winning funds into my local bank account.
