THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! I am sooo annoyed I will never buy from them again and want to tell everyone that they are crooks!!!
I bought a Diamond Cross from this tv channel and when I got it home it looked nothing like it did on the TV and looked really cheap and tacky actually!!! so I sent it back the about two days after I got and THEY WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! Forget about them charging £8 for delivery anyway, which in no way is that a fair price for postage and packaging as other shopping channels charge less.
Can you believe in my quest to get my money back it just keeps costing me more and more money!!
I have found out today that their customer service is a NATIONAL RATE NUMBER!! Which costs even more from my mobile!! This really shows that they DO NOT BELIVE IN ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL. Then to get through was such a drama, you have to first listen to crap messages, all the time costing you money.
then when I finally get through, they tell me I have to send them my bank statement to prove I dont have the money. I told them to look in their own bloody bank account!!! I will not send my back statement to anyone must less crooks!!! They refuse to check their own bank account see that they still have my moeny and just cause delays and delays. I am told a manager would call me back and no one has called me back!!!
I HATE BID UP TV AND WILL BE WRITING TO THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING ABOUT THE CROOKS THAT ARE AT BID-UP AND SIT-UP TV CHANNELS!!
