After contacting the company E-Luxury to check that the Chanel shoes which I had seen on their website were indeed genuine I order the shoes and paid by credit card back in March. The shoes did not turn up and I contacted them several times. Eventually a pair of shoes arrived which were not the same shoe or size which I ordered. I sent the shoes back and complained and they asked me for a description of the shoes which I had ordered. I sent a description and picture. Several months later another pair of shoes arrived which again were the wrong design and size and again I sent the shoes back. I complained again and they asked again for a description of the shoes which I forwarded again. Several months later the shoes had not been received so I e-mailed and asked for a refund. They said a refund had been made and it would take 1-2 billing cycles to reach my account. I gave them 2 months and e-mailed to say I had not received my refund and they sent the same message again regarding billing cycles.

This has been going on for 7 months now and I really think they have no intention of refunding my money. I have saved about 40 e-mails from e-luxury which relate to the shoes and a refund. Lots of them are the same e-mail message which they must send out as a template for complaints.

The shoes which I returned were obviously copies of Chanel shoes and badly done copies.

This company should be investigated and shut down.
