I am not sure whether this is the right place to lodge a complaint. But if it is, I would like to make the following complaint against an Internet Marketing Group, located in London. Their contact address and telephone number are furnished below

I am an affiliate and also a client with my affiliate ID: 98125748 and my client ID 342787330. I suspect that I am cheated by this Internet Marketing group- Their website URL is http://www.1on40.com.
I sent them three emails so far. One on June 22nd, next one on June 26th and the third one on July 22nd. In my last email I even indicated that I would take egal action. They have not yet responded. Their silence makes me more concerned about their Internet business.
I admit that I have been attracted by their offers. Here is how they advertised which I have quoted below.

I am not sure how many people like me have been cheated by these seemingly cheating ways and broken promises and lost lot of money. On my part I ordered three Ads spending more than $350.00.
I believe they are still selling Ads and making lot of revenue. It is true that as of today August 22 I received more than 100, 000 clicks and my three ads are displayed as "live." and I believe my Ads are still running
But I have not been compensated for my efforts. I have written to them that I would like exchange credits for 20.00GBP or $40.00USD CASH. (as they have stated in their ads)
To my surprise and disappointment I have not received any response to my three emails sent to them so far. Also I don't think that my website has gone to number one position on Google, Yahoo and 38 other top search engines.
I have reasons to wonder whether I have been cheated by 1on40.com and their broken promises.
I want to thank you for your service and guidance in this matter. I wonder whether I can send my complaint to Better Business Bureau in London
