On the 04 Feb I have bought item number 290769922798 from EBAY supplier name MG_WAREHOUSE 2 pin usb charger adaptor for iPhone 4S.
I have complained that the item did not arrive and opened a complaint case with EBAY number:5027015990
The supplier contacted me and asked if I want a refund or that they will send me another item.
I have answered that I would like them to send me another item. That item did not arrive..
On the 05 June Ebay closed the case without consulting with me. I have replied to ebay and asked them to reopen the case. Nobody answered me.
I have complained to the supplier again and on the supplier (Julia) asked if I want a full refund. I have unsered that I would like the refund. Till now nobody answered.
There for I came to the conclusion that this is a ***** and I am lucky that the cost was just under 5USD,
What I don't understand why ebay did not reopen the case and did not black list the supplier.
