I had a Barclays NRE Account since last 7 months and i don't have my ATM card which was issued by bank and i haven't got that on time. There is £250 in that account is totally blocked by bank members for their poor service. First the Bank manager in thornton heath pond open my account and he said you will get your ATM card within a week in my India's address and still i am waiting for that. 2 months ago i got a call from barclays mumbai branch and the person told me your address in India is not curior service area and than he gave me complain no, after few days i got another call and he said i will sending you your card ATM card again whether he know that curior service is not available in my address and also he charge me Rs.150 for resend that card. Now i want to close that account. Don't use BARCLAYS NRE SERVICE
