Although I had never purchased on eBay before, I contacted two people who do so frequently and both said it should be safe because he was a Power Seller, had his own eBay store and therefore, had a lot to lose if he was to do something wrong. I sent payment and he removed the item for sale immediately. It seemed legit. Then, I never heard from him nor received the item. I immediately reported him to eBay US & eBay UK. I tried to warn other buyers by posting negative feedback on his on-line eBay store but ironically, I am not allowed to post feedback. Even though he sold in the Summary of an official eBay item, he technically sold outside of eBay and therefore, the buyer is not allowed to post feedback about him or his selling practices. When I key in the Item Number it no longer exists. There is no way for me to warn other buyers reading at his eBay Summaries.
