I had opened claim case from UK ebay on 17 dec, i had waited more than a months timing util right now. and never get my result. also i sent a lot of emails to ebay and asked for my case when i get refund, ebay never get reply. ebay never update my case status. i had made a phone call to ebay. then they told me the case is on the way. and told me to fill out a request form. i did research on ebay. there are no request form..what the hell... ebay always say they had buyer protection, but ebay is wasting my time. if ebay cannot do dispute, the i need to go paypal to dispute my case. but right now ebay on hold my case and do nothing. i cannot open the claim case on paypal, because paypal is no power to open the claim, once ebay opened. if the case is waiting more than 45days from the purchase date (purchased date 12, dec), then i cannot open dispute case on paypal. ebay doesnt want refund...
also the item already removed by ebay. i cannot check it out any more..
