Braemar Estates is managing our property where we own a flat in Leeds.
These guys haven't sent me any letter at the correct addresses and then straight away i receive a letter from solicitors asking me for the costs alongwith the legal fees.
Before as well this had happened when i wasn't sent the ground costs invoice at the correct address and i had to pay the legal fees as well.
At that time, they had promised to update the address and then also said they will email me so that i get both the correspondence. AGain they failed to do it and now asking me again to pay the costs and the legal fees.
Please advise how to complaint or go to a ombudsman in this regards
