If you order asda groceries for home delivery the order will be picked in the early hours of the morning when shelves are empty or depleted. As a results you find that many items are not available or have poor dates. Asda also charge the price on the day the order is picked. I have ordered an item one day priced £17 to have it delivered the next day and charged £24 Asda say their terms and conditrions legally permit them to do this. Even IF this is true it is a sure way to lose customers - avoid ASDA groceries home dleivery - it is a very very poor service
