I rovi fernandes purchased an anti virus software from your company. I bought for life paying about £51.96.the card statement shows antiact/alyarica who i paid the money.
recently i had a virus again and the antivirus was powerless it was not working and it was over powered by some other software called my security engine and to clear all the viruses it was asking me to buy the software again. I am not paying again.please can you refund my money back or sort the problem out. I am very disappointed. here are some of the details.
