Wrongly billed

My son signed up for 30 day free trial in January before the deadline we cancelled the subscription and removed my card details. Yet in Feb, March and now April they still take the £8.99 fee. The account shows as inactive and no card details are showing but they still take the money. Several emails but no response, cannot find a way to speak to anyone. This is fraud.
