I ordered an item from Phix clothing on 1st December, and then received an email saying it was out of stock and a refund would be given. 2 months later, 3 emails and 3 phone calls and I still have not received my refund. It has also been over 45 days, so I cannot file a dispute on PayPal.
Looking on the Internet, this is a regular complaint, and it appears the company are running some kind of scam.
They should not be dealt with.
