I went into a local branch of Chicken Express to get some chicken. I started to eat and noticed that the chicken was raw.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no manager. The guy then later admitted that he lied and he was the manager but he couldnt help, other than give me a refund. He did acknowledge the meat was raw and apologised. Other staff members were laughing. When I queried why they were laughing when they knowingly served raw meat which was dangerous and against the law, they ignored me. I then demanded that they check the meat on display to see if there was raw meat amongst them, but they refused and continued to sell meat.
I have searched the internet and cannot find a chicken express website to complain which is disgusting.
