Deposit still waiting for my refund

I came to your showroom in lakeside to get a car finiance i deposited £250 that was almost 7weeks ago and am still waiting for my deposit been refunded to me uptill now am still waiting, everytime i call the office they keep promising me i will soon received my money but uptil now i have not i need my money asap or i will be taking legal action against your company i will not be waiting any longer than the end of this week to received my money.
