No Refund

I used to use this site quite frequently until my last order. I ordered from a restaurant that was showing as delivering to my address, which is only about 20 minutes away.

After around 30 minutes I got a phone call saying that the order had been cancelled due to the driver had broken down and can't deliver to me. I was told that I'd be due a refund after 7 working days. 7 working days later, no refund, contacted them again and told refund would be processed in another 7 working days due "something went wrong with the system", I agreed and waited another 2 weeks to be processed, no refund... I contacted them back trying to stay as calm as possible asking when I would be refunding. I was told this wasn't their fault and it could take 30 working days!!!

I contacted 2 weeks later and got a reply that basically moved the problem from Just-Eat to my bank stating it was their fault... It wasn't, my bank made this clear to me. I was then told to wait another 30 working days.

IT'S NOW 47 WORKING DAYS SINCE LAST CONTACT. GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND
