A? 766 voucher was given to me when my flight was overbooked in december 2009. It was supposed to be valid for one year, but I had it extended twice. I've been trying to redeem my voucher and book my flight for the past tow years and it's never possible. The last time I spoke to British Airways, I stayed on the phone for over 45 minutes. I spoke to people in China, in Brazil, in The USA and and The UK. They said they could see all the hassle I was going through and that they would get back to me asap. That was on November 12th 2012. After that, on Nov 19th I received an email from Gillian Johnson (British Airways Customer Relations) saying they were still looking into my case and they would get back to me. I've replied to that and also send another two e-mails afterwards but had no response since.
My case reference is 10467564 and my British Airways membership no is 20927241.
All I want is to be able to redeem my voucher. I've contacted them before the expiration date, which was november and they made it impossible for me to redeem it.
