They Charge £300 to find a missing person, you pay £150 for them to start their investigation the the oer £150 when supply you with the address. I paid £150 so they could start the investigaton lookng for my father and after a few moths said they has an address for him but would not give it untl i paid the other £150, anyway I paid this and they gave me the address. Due to my work it took me a few months to make contact wth my father and when I did it clearly wasnt him! I called Nicola Boyce who is the owner of Trace Incvestigation Services and she said that she provided the ddress and it was basically my thought for taking a few months to confirm if it was him and there wasnt much she could do but keep on trying. However 6 months later she still could t finding, gettng iritated when I asked for up dates and generally telling me she would be in touch which she never was, so I decided to go to another agency who had a no find no fee policy and in two eeks they found my 2 half sisters and a phone number for my father abroad. They both had been given he same info to commence their investigation. I then called Nicola Boyce telling her how uhappy I was iwith her service and how I had been treated and I was lookng for a refund of £150 which I paid for my fathers address and she has sad no in no uncertain terms. Nicola Boyce is a money grabber who doesnt have any customer care skills. Avoid at all costs!
