I have used just for one question paid by debit card
I have unsubscribed since that last one question asnwered. they still continue collecting monthly from my account amount of £ 36.00
even though applied on an automated refund. They even told me the amount due to me to refund. I have not received the refund and furtheremore instead they continue charging monthly the above amount.
I am unable to contact them and do not get any feed back from them..
How can I cancel unauthorised charge from my account?
