After purchasing nearly £4000 worth of samsung home entertainment over the past 16 months including 2x3d tv's, 1 50inch and 1 63inch and 2x3d bluray players, I cannot believe the poor service that I got when I informed them that the 3d has stopped working on the 50inch tv. Ok the tv is 15.5 months old and now out of warranty but in my opinion they should have fixed this problem... A £1000 tv that has only lasted 15.5 months. What poor quality and customer service. Samsung will now loose quite a few more customers as I will be passing on my bad experience to all and everyone...
