I bought an Internet LED TV which has issues on the Apps. I have tried contacting Samsung many times explain in detail the problems. But Samsung don't even acknowledge my emails.
These problems are only there because Samsung have obviously never monitored these Apps or they would have rectified them.
The lack of response and customer support leads me to think that Samsung are only interested in selling the product but don't give a toss once they are sold.
I just hope that something more serious doesn't occur as quiet obviously I am on my own.
I will never buy another Samsung. But should have stuck to the Japanese Companies who have a much better association with their customers and not spent good money with the Korean mobsters
