Passport for Pets/Air Supply Shipping. They promised a service to gain a booking and then reneged upon everything that was promised. The fouled up the booking and were then rude and gave terrible customer service when we complained. We gave a written complaint which they replied to with a tissue of lies. We have now written back 7 times demonstrating their untruths and they refuse to engage in a resolution. We are now unable to get this company to correspond with us so we are unable to pursue our complaint
