i purchase a samsung laptop which cost 500 pound and it broke in less than 3months is not working i contact samsung they told me is my fault i broke it i didnt do anything to that i think all samsung product are very bad products very poor i am waiting from them for more than 3 weeks i ha e no answer also the customer service is rubbish never in my life i will buy a samsung again they are accusing people that we broke it but is not true they have to listen to customers that is samsung rubbish products made pls contact me i also going to write to the main office complain
