Not able to accept Credit card payments
I am trying to make a payment to Amazon .Uk and after speaking to 3 consultants none of them could tell me why Amazon does not require the CVV from my credit cards. My bank wont release the funds without that number, I have tried 3 credit cards and 1 debit card, 2 are Visa and 2 are Mastercard. The consultants can't help, I want to give Amazon my money but when I want to speak to a supervisor I wait for about 5 minutes only to be asked if I can wait longer cause they can't get through to the supervisor... And then I get stuck with the hour and a half telephone bill (Poland to UK) and no-one was able to help me... What's the use of super friendly consulatants if they cannot resolve my problem. After the calls I get an email saying how sorry they are to hear of my troubles and that I should check if all my credit card details are correct! But I told them what the problem was, Amazon did not ask for my cards CVV numbers. All I want is someone to tell me what to do to complete my transaction...
