Paid £500 deposit for images for a new kitchen, which had started life at an estimate of £26k and finished just under £10k but on returning the cancellation section of the contract as I have never received the images, I received a phone call telling me that they will not be reimbursing me as it was more than 7 days after I signed a contract, and that they would be writing to me. 10 days later, I have emailed but no reply and no further communication, images or reimbursement. DO NOT trust them.
