I purchased a Sony Swatch two months ago, DHL ***** my delivery, I fought with them for 5 weeks till eventually they agreed Orange can claim the device so I can receive a new one, I Called them once again and they said that no claim is recorded on their system and they waiting for Orange to submit the claim, I contacted Orange (Brieug) who says there's a miscommunication with DHL because the claim was logged and DHL is not providing a ref# I've been promised last week that if they don't manage they will just send me a new device, I've been extremely patient and follow up almost daily, they promise to call me back but never do I've just had it!
