Nuvoryn, paid but no delivery

I ordered 1x2 1 bottles of Nuvoryn and my credit card was billed on 24/10 and I was promised a delivery within -12 days. To date (22/01) I have not received my order, I called the 021 300-2301 number on 8/11, 15/11, 22/11, 29/11, 14/12 and I also send a mail on 19/12 and I was promised that someone will contact me within 48 hours and to my surprise nobody has ever contacted me or even bother to respond to my email.

I think this is a **** and needs to be taken seriously. I was billed an amount of R958.00 and just want my money back no longer interested in their product. They can keep their stock for all I care
